Rating: Difficult
More or less following the line of the Express, it descends 385m over its 3.1km length. After an open section the route runs through the edge of the forest before being joined by other routes near the intermediate’s Mini Jump Park then the more difficult 4X park, before finishing at the Express bottom station.
Rating: Northshore
For those itching to pack as many features in as possible, the Canyon’s Northshore set is a must. Follow the Roue Libre until Les Chavannes ( a good place to grab a bite), then head to the right along the road before dropping into the trees and the Northshore obstacles. The route exits the trees and heads back to Les Gets and the lifts.
Rating: Very difficult
Difficult Straight off, this is a brilliant 2.2km charge. It’s brake melting 365m descent is mostly through the trees, and can seem crazily fast. This is one of those routes that leaves you wide eyed and laughing like a maniac!
Rating: Difficult
Check your bike over at theMont Chery lift top station’s mechanical point then head off on this highly enjoyable 13km route. Mont Caly is the first point to aim for, (and takes in much of this route’s 350m of ascent) with a long traverse below the ridgeline to your right. Just below the high point is a restaurant, after which comes the twistier descent to Cole de l’Ecrennaz. The technical zone at La Mial is next on the route, with trees above and below. From Les Placettes the route joins the easy Piste des Biquettes (which starts from the top of the Mont Chery lift), and keeps to the road as you head back to Les Gets.
