How to book your Ski Holiday
Book Early!
Early booking skiers always get the best brochure prices guaranteed! Group discounts start at only 6 persons and up and we have some great early bird offers with things like FREE spaces for groups and FREE Lift pass and ski/board hire! Call us now for a best quote as our best group discounts aren’t always available online.
1. Check Availability or ask us a question!
Call 0844 770 4070 or Email for questions or to check availability. If your chosen chalet is available then it is advisable to hold an option before it goes elsewhere! If you would like to provisonally book your accommodation then please call out sales team to see if this is possible.
2. Book Online
Book Online for ease and convenience! Find the chalet or hotel of your choice and then follow the simple booking process shown on the screen.
3. Book by Phone
You can also arrange your booking with us over the phone using a c/card if you want to speed the whole process up. To do this - we will need you to call us with all card details (incl. Security code, valid form and expiry dates) and all names of the passengers (as on passports). Call 0844 770 40 70 to book with a debit or credit card Once confirmed - we will send you a Welcome Pack with confirmation, invoices and holiday Information via email.
Booking Extras
You will need a few Extras for your ski or board holiday, but do get organised early and if you pre-book with us we can give you free ski/board hire and lift passes (for groups).
Booking with us will also mean you don’t have to wait in a long lift pass queue or traipse around resort looking for the best deal on ski hire. It will also allow us to deliver our On The Snow service which is designed to get you on the snow faster, but only for guests who book their Extras through us.
When booking your Extras, you don’t need to pay anything until your balance due date and you can make changes as often as you like. You can add them to your booking (online) or over the phone. Or you can email us directly admin@alpineelements.co.uk.
