You’re not just staying with us for the week (or two) - you’re here to discover the Alps and enjoy new experiences - and the Philibert is the perfect base to do it - with an added dose of luxury. We’ve put together our Free Active Packs, so that you’ve more than enough activities to sink your teeth into; and we’ve employed a team of fun, energetic and creative individuals, (our staff!), to make it all happen.
Once you’re ready to head out, (with or without the kids!), our Activity Team will hook you up with all the fun and adventure you can handle: You can make use of our Kids Club and our stock of free-to-use mountain and road bikes; and we’ll help you to experience the alps by joining any number of organised activities: like stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking... Whitewater rafting... Canyoning… Via ferrata...Parapenting...our inclusive guided walks to name a few... Nothing breaks the ice with your fellow hotel guests like trekking through jaw-dropping vistas and stunning alpine terrain.
We include a free Morzine Multipass for resort activities and a pedestrian lift pass (25 lifts) for accessing the mountain activities and walking trails (850Km’s) and you’ll find more than enough activities on the Multipass to keep you busy all week.
If you’re in need of a breather, then our inclusive Active Kids Club (4-12yrs) is located at a nearby hotel, so you can drop your kids off and let them go wild as they meet other kids and try new experiences with our childcare leaders.
Before June 26: there may be fewer facilities and lifts open with slightly reduced activities, but still plenty to see and do for an exciting week away.
About Hotel Philibert
Hotel Philibert is a very special hotel. With only 19 rooms it has an intimate feel and we run the hotel as an exclusive home-from-home for mountain-loving Brits in the summer. It enjoys some of the best views in Morzine from its position high above the town centre, yet it’s only 5 minutes walk to the centre.
Come back at the end of the day to the hotel’s leisure facilities and take it slightly slower for a while. You’ve earned it. The hotel’s sauna and hot tub are the perfect place to soak, float and wash the day away; or dip into our outdoor heated pool, stretch out on a sun lounger and enjoy the spectacular views of Morzine in the sun. If you’ve children who want to blow off some steam then our inclusive Active Kids Club is right at hand, and we also have a bike workshop and mechanics onsite, should you need them.
Bedrooms...take your pick: Almost all rooms enjoy sunny balconies and spectacular views of Avoriaz or the Pleney ski slopes and bike tracks in the distance. We offer a variety of rooms, twin, double, triple, family quad and junior suites: each with en-suite bathroom, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Child discounts can be given in our larger rooms if kids are happy to use sofa beds.
