Help during your stay
Our ‘On the Snow’ reps will not only help you to get onto the mountain faster when you arrive, but they’ll be on hand throughout your stay to help you with any queries. They’ll help with any equipment changes or lift pass problems and assist you with your ski and board lessons. All this is made easier when we use our specially selected partners in resort to supply equipment and lessons. Our help in resort can be invaluable to you, especially when you‘re time-pressed and looking to get on the snow for the minimum of hassle, because after all, some things are never as easy as they first appear.
