You’re not just staying with us for the week (or two) - you’re here to discover the Alps and enjoy new experiences - and the Philibert is the perfect base to do it - with an added dose of luxury. We’ve put together our Free Active Packs, so that you’ve more than enough activities to sink your teeth into; and we’ve employed a team of fun, energetic and creative individuals, (our staff!), to make it all happen.
Once you’re ready to head out, (with or without the kids!), our activity team are there to hook you up with all the fun and adventure you can handle: We offer free bike hire - top-notch mountain and road bikes from leading brand Specialized - and a free pedestrian lift pass (25 lifts) for accessing the mountain activities and walking. We even include a free guided walk with a professional guide.
We’ll also help you get wet with a free session of stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking at the nearby lake in Montriond. One of our highlights of the week is our inclusive white water rafting excursion… Nothing breaks the ice with your fellow hotel guests like heading down a river at high speed on an inflatable raft, right??
We include more than enough activities to keep you busy all week, but to fill any gaps - we’ve also included some free activities like ice skating, tennis, Geocaching and even a biker’s airbag if you want to test your jumps without a hard landing.
If you’ve got children who want to blow off some steam then our inclusive Active Kids Club is located at the hotel, so you can drop your kids off and get a well-earned breather.
Our Active Packs will keep you busy enough, but if you’ve got any spare time, our Active Reps will help you book additional activities like via ferrata... canyoning... horse riding... parapenting... and much more.
About Chalet Petit Philibert
The Chalet Le Petit Philibert is a beautiful Savoyard chalet built in local wood and stone. It’s also run exclusively by us and perfect for active groups of friends or family looking for a charming chalet with high-quality facilities on tap. It’s also in a great spot for the bars and shops, (just 5 mins walk), and only 5 mins by free shuttle bus to the lifts and trails - if you want to save your feet for the mountains!
Come back at the end of the day and enjoy the chalet’s own hot tub and the leisure facilities of the hotel next door. The hotel’s sauna and Jacuzzi are the perfect place to soak, or dip into the outdoor heated pool, stretch out on a sun lounger and enjoy the spectacular views of Morzine in the sun.
We run the chalet as an exclusive home-from-home for mountain-loving Brits in the summer. If you’ve children who want to blow off some steam then our inclusive Active Kids Club is right at hand, and we also have our bike workshop and mechanics should you need them.

The chalet has a large open plan dining and living area with spectacular, sunny views of Morzine laid out below. Take your pick from a choice of 7 bedrooms, mostly en-suite with twin, double and triple bedrooms and free Wi-Fi throughout.
