If you book your extras with us then groups starting at only 6+ people can claim free ski/board hire and free lift passes, just for getting organised early. Not only that, but you’ll also get up to 25% off all our ski/board hire prices!

You can order your group’s ski extras now and you don’t need to pay anything until later. What’s more, you can amend your order (or even cancel it) right up until two-weeks before departure. See terms below.

How to book

These group offers are not available online. To book them:

• Call our group ski advisors on 020 3949 8353 and add them at the time of your reservation
• If you’ve already booked: Email us at extras@alpineelements.co.uk and we will add them to your order; or
• Use your My Holiday portal to add these extras to your holiday and we will automatically credit you with the FREE ski packs and passes.

More reasons to book with us

Booking your Extras with us, means you are automatically included in our ‘On The Snow’ service which is designed to get you on the snow faster; and for our reps to help you on arrival in resort. This service is reserved for guests who book their Extras through us. It means we’ll organise your lift pass and deliver it straight to you for your first morning skiing. It also means you don’t have to traipse around resort looking for your ski hire shop.

Conditions for Group Extras Discounts

• Group Extras discounts are available on all departure dates. The ski/board hire offer is not available for St Anton.
• You can order your group’s Ski Extras now to benefit from the discount and you will not have to pay until the balance due date.
• You can change your Extras up until 2-weeks before departure, but any changes to the number of Extras may result in the original discount being lost.
• Group size is calculated on the number of  full paying guests. Any two children receiving a child-rate on equipment or lift pass (of any level) can be counted as one full-paying guest.
• To qualify as a group, you must all book at the same time and on the same departure date. You don’t have to place the order at the time of your initial reservation, but do be aware that this offer may expire. 
• Your free hire pack or lift pass will be equivalent to the lowest grade hire pack or pass on the booking. You can pay to upgrade your free pass or hire pack from only £10.
• Free group spaces are based on groups sharing triple or quad rooms at participating accommodation.
• Free group ski/board hire is based on the total number of ski/board hire booked.
