Conditions for Group Discounts
- A £175 deposit is payable for every group member.
- Group size is calculated on the number of full paying guests. Any two children receiving a child-discount of any level (except free child places) can be counted as one full-paying guest.
- To qualify as a group, you must all book at the same time and on the same departure date, although your party may travel by different routes
- Free group spaces are based on groups sharing triple or quad rooms at participating accommodation.
- To qualify for Free ski/board hire and liftpasses (in line with current promotions) your group must all book your Extras at the same time. You don’t have to place the order at the time of your initial reservation, but do be aware that the offer may expire. You can change your Extras up until 2-weeks before departure, but any changes to the number of Extras may result in the original discount being lost.
- Names of group members on our charter flights may be changed free of charge up until the time E-tickets are issued (normally 2 weeks prior to departure). After this date, an administration fee may apply.
- Reducing the group size-may result in the loss of or reduction of the original group discount, and may also cause empty bed supplements to become payable.
